It has an enviable situation, being quietly set at the end of a small lane and at the start of a footpath which takes you along the river to Parrog beach. Behind the cottage is a conservatory with dining furniture and very sheltered cottage garden, totally enclosed and providing a courtyard, raised lawn and small pond. Children love the playroom; it contains a small snooker table, games, books, a piano, cassette and compact disc player. No children under 3 years of age.
