A prestigious detached house on two levels with lovely architectural features including a spectacular window overlooking Moel y Gest mountain. Completely re furbished in 2003-4, this former artist's studio is situated in a discrete location on the edge of the village of Morfa Bychan within a short walk from the golf course, beach, village shop and hotel. Excellent family accommodation for a family re-union, close to the sandy beach of Black Rock Sands. Enjoyable walking locally include the summit of Moel y Gest for a bird's eye view of the Cardigan Bay Coastline, Lleyn Peninsula to Bardsey Island and also the spectacular Snowdonia Mountains just 7ml distant. This is a good central location for the attractions of Snowdonia with lots to do. Porthmadog (2ml) is a good centre for shopping and eating and is home to the Little Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway steam trains.

Oil central heating. Electricity by meter reading. Large enclosed garden with lawns to the rear overlooking the golf course and to the front and approached by its own drive.
