Shirley & Francis have recently opened their doors to welcome travelling guests into Heulwen Bed & Breakfast. The ethos is to provide a relaxing, peaceful and convenient accommodation for all guests whilst they explore the beautiful surrounding areas.
Heulwen, Welsh for sunshine is a Victorian property, which has recently been tastefully refurbished to accommodate guests in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Heulwen is positioned some 50mts from the Railway Station and has fantastic views over Cors Fochno (Borth Bog) with the Cambrian Mountains as a splendid back drop. The property is situated only a stones throw from the sea, and only 5-7 minutes walk to the Golf Course.
We ensure that all our guests feel relaxed with home comforts. Families with children are welcome. We have spacious family accommodation that incorporates a dining area; a comfortable lounge and well-positioned sleeping arrangements.
All rooms are equipped with modern provisions such as TV with Freeview DVD player, Fridges, Tea/Coffee making facilities and Ironing equipment.
The double room has en-suite facilities, with the family room, having its own spacious private bath/shower room.
We offer a wide and varied breakfast menu. Breakfast is served between 8am-9-30am. Evening meals are available on request with sympathetic consideration given to special and all types of diets. We endeavour to use as much local produce as possible.
Shirley is a trained Therapist in Reflexology, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique & Emotional Trance. A £5 discount is offered to Heulwen Guests.
