Phil and Sue look forward to welcoming you to the R.A.C. recommended Abercrave Inn which is set deep in the Swansea valley, amidst the hills and valleys on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The history of the inn goes back to the 16th century, and is a charming country pub and restaurant with its own private accommodation.
Dine with us and sample our high class cuisine and extensive cellar, relax in the friendly warm atmosphere or enjoy the privacy of the gardens with their own natural waterfall.
There are numerous activities close by from walking to pot holing, and many sites of interest to explore, or visits to the well known cities of Cardiff and Swansea together with Carmarthen, Merthyr Tydfil, Neath and Brecon.
Our recently refurbished en-suite bedrooms are available for single to family occupancy as well as a superior suite, each equipped with television and hot drink making facilities.
Our spacious forty cover Restaurant, which overlooks the gardens and waterfall, offers a wide selection of freshly prepared 'a la carte', grills and fresh fish dishes.
All meals are prepared by our Michelin Star trained head chef and his team. In the evenings, overlooking the floodlit gardens, we offer candlelit dinners for that special occasion. We also cater for larger celebrations. The Inn is open all day for drinks, coffee and bar snacks.
Lunch time meals are served from 12 noon to 2.30pm every day, and during the evening from 6pm to 9.30pm, Sunday to Friday, and 6pm to 10.30pm on Saturdays.
To avoid disappointment, it is essential to book for the Restaurant
